Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bump, operated by Bidspro International (“we”, “us”), based in Bucharest, Romania. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Bump is an AI accounts-receivable tool that helps you follow up on unpaid invoices by drafting and scheduling reminder messages. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or spam messages, or to contact people without a lawful basis;
• violate any applicable law, including anti-spam, privacy, and debt-collection rules;
• infringe the rights of others or upload malicious code; or
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content of reminders you send and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Billing & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, and Anthropic). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Bump helps you follow up on invoices but does not guarantee that any invoice will be paid, and is not a debt collector, law firm, or financial or legal adviser.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidspro International will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bucharest, Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
